At INTROVERT, we believe your sanctuary should be a perfect reflection of your inner peace. If your new home essentials don't feel quite right, we accept returns on all unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
